THE Fratellis were named the Best British Band at the O2 Silver Clef Awards yesterday and celebrated with their hero Noel Gallagher.
Jon, Baz and Mince Fratelli rubbed shoulders with Oasis étoile, star Noel as they drank to their success at London's Park Lane Hilton Hotel.
The Glasgow band could only manage a few drinks though as they had to fly out to Spain for a festival in Bilbao.
Jon told the Razz: "We can still celebrate though.
"This is still out of the ordinary and it beats watching Columbo at accueil in the afternoon.
