Sparkie Wows the Audience

The pet montrer kicked off with a bang, and all of the participating animaux took turns in montrer their talents. When it was now Sparkie's turn, the rest of the audience were quite amazed par how graceful he was, especially in the speed and agility challenges, and also because they had never seen a hedgehog rejoindre the montrer before. Laura cheered for him and exclaimed, "Go, go, Sparkie!" George added, "I have a feeling that he's going to win!" Sure enough, he was right. After getting the results ready, one of the judges announced, "The winner of the pet montrer is, wow this is nice....SPARKIE THE HEDGEHOG, AND HIS OWNER RINGO STARR!" Upon hearing this, Ringo flashed a big smile while George and Laura danced very happily. Sparkie hopped back into his hands, and he told him, "Congratulations, Sparks! We did it!" He was then donné a quick interview par the judges and awarded them with a blue #1 ribbon. A little later, George and Laura went up the stage. "Excellent job, mate! We really enjoyed Sparkie's performance.", a dit George. "We did, indeed!", added Laura. Ringo replied, "Thank you, my chaps! I'm really glad toi did." Sparkie responded par curling up into a ball and doing a little spin. He even smiled, which made the three of them giggle. Afterwards, they continued their fair visit for one plus hour.

John looked up at George, half-wondering if he'd misheard him in his sleepy state. "You want what?" he said. "You're daft."
"Please?" George smiled eagerly; it was one of those rare times when he really looked like the youngest. "I've never been to the future before!"
"You don't want to go to the future," John reminded him. "I've told you." He pulled the blankets over his head again and closed his eyes, wanting to go back to sleep. A seconde later, George pulled them off again.
John blinked at George in an annoyed, won't-you-ever-let-me-go-back-to-sleep kind of way.

The Beatles were riding down the streets of New York, freshly arrived from the airport. Just months ago, this country hadn't even known they existed, and now, they'd been greeted par multitudes of screaming fans, all so happy and excited to see the boys, and there was the usual chasing. Unlike their last stop in France, the American fans made the Beatles feel right at home.
