In The Incredible Hulk,Cap is La Reine des Neiges in ice but outside in the snow.In cap's feature film,he is La Reine des Neiges in the airplane.How is this possible

For starters, the Incredible Hulk movie came before the Captain America movie, so there were naturally going to be some inconsistencies between the two of them.

It was also never stated where casquette, cap was found. The only thing we know is that at the beginning of Cap's movie S.H.I.E.L.D is called when the ship is found, and the agents see the shield. Then it cuts to Steve trying to rejoindre the army. It is entirely possible that he had been thrown from the plane during the crash and landed in the snow. (Considering the agents don't see his body when they enter the ship, and he isn't near his shield, this makes most sense.)

I don't understand your first point. Tony's father is the one who created the Captain America shield. He obviously kept the proto-types, and he used one of them as part of his diorama. When Tony nicked the diorama, the proto-shield came with it.

I don't know what bad egg you're talking about...
