ER - To watch ou not to watch?!

I was thinking of watching ER from the beginning, but the problem is I've never actually seen a full episode. Would toi recommend it? I l’amour House, but hate Grey's Anatomy, so which is it plus like? Is it funny? Is it plus medical ou relationship oriented? Who has been in it? Thanks in advance for any help! :D

Julianna Margulies as in Alicia Florrick in The Good Wife?! Wow, she's an amazing actress! Noah Wyle's good too. George Clooney being a great actor kind of goes without saying! XD I heard Lisa Edelstein was in it, that's actually one of the reasons why I want to watch it! Okay, thanks so much! :D
