Timothy Sweet, 33, claims he's married to rapide, swift and will kill anyone who stands between them, including her family. He first began stalking the "I Knew toi Were Trouble" singer in January 2011, according to legal documents obtained par the gossip site.
The country pop star's restraining order, which expire March 25, indicates her stalker must stay 100 yards away from her and as well as from her mother, father and brother, E! News reports. Additionally, he is not to contact her through any electronic means.
Through his messages via email, letters and social media posts, Sweet has gotten plus aggressive and downright threatening over time.
"My wife, Taylor rapide, swift [Sweet]and I live in Beverly Hills," the troubled man allegedly wrote in one message. "I am in l’amour with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."
Another intimidating note even named U.S. Secretary of State Kerry.
"Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage," he reportedly wrote. "Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."
Sweet took it a step further to include Swift's family as targets.
"If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault," he supposedly wrote.
"[His conduct] is seriously alarming and harassing and [is] extremely distressing to me and my family," rapide, swift a dit in court, according to E!, adding that she does "not have desire to interact with ou communicate in any way with Mr. Sweet."
