Taylor Swift, at a young age, has indelibly made her mark on music, be it country ou pop. Besides that, she has impacted me. To be perfectly honest, I'm not a Taylor rapide, swift superfan, (Don't send me hate mail) I don't have every (or any) album. I don't play guitar, and if I did, I wouldn't have started because of her. toi won't find posters of her in my room, What toi will find is a bureau with a hutch. In that hutch lies a binder full (to use a Romneyism) of lyrics to songs I've written. That's where Taylor comes in. I've always loved music. My grandparents say I used to sing kids songs in the car and know all the words, totally on pitch, but toi couldn't look at me ou else I'd stop. I cried at applause the first time I went onstage. My uncle is a freelance songwriter, as a sort of hobby, and he and I wrote my first one together on a plane back from Hawaii about my vacation (entitled Paradise) when i was about 8. Then I sang, and pretty soon Taylor rapide, swift hit the big time. I thought her songs were good. Then I turned 13, started 7th grade, and had some trouble in Pre-Algebra, One day, feeling so confused, opened my math notebook and wrote my first real song, Swimming and Sinking. That followed with others, and I've been écriture for over a an now. I have several inspirations, each one for a different reason. Taylor is one of my inspirations because her musique has lyrical substance and is not wrought with effects and mixing so they meaning of the song isn't conveyed, weather it's pop ou country. People may view Taylor rapide, swift as a lovesick teenager who keeps getting her cœur, coeur broken par celebrity beaus. There have been numerous speculation about which song is about which boyfriend, but that is irrelevant. So as far as I'm concerned, whatever song Taylor wrote about whatever boy is her business. What she gives to us is resonant material. What she gives to me is inspiration.
