Im sorry I can't add pictures because I'm typing this from my iPod but I'll add the lookalikes names and toi can look them up :)

Javier Bardem looks EXACTLY like Jeffrey Dean morgan (John Winchester)* Also Robert Downey Jn.

Jared Padalecki(Sam Winchester) apparently looks like Nick Wechsler (im sorry ealier on I wrote he looked like Neil Wechsler par accident lol, if u want to end up in hysterics chercher neil wechsler up lol)

Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester)-link and Emilio Eztevez (only a teeny bit though)

Samantha Ferris (Ellen Harvelle)- Paget Brewstar

Alona Tal (Jo Harvelle) - Bridgit Mendler*

Chad Lindberg (Ash) - Giovanni Ribsi

Samantha Smith (Mary Winchester) - Robin Wright*

Misha Collins (Castiel) - I've always thought he looks like Bruno Mars.

TeeFly I ALWAYS seem to get Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan confused so completely agree with you on that one!

TotalAssButt Actually i always though that jensen looks alot like Jason London, especially when Jensen was in dawsons creek with the loinger hair. He played Bobby in wildfire (the show with Gen, Jareds wife) But i think he is alot older then Jensen, or he looks like it know.

shomill Jensen does NOT look like Jason! I know- I'm a fan of [url=http://www.fanpop.com/spots/the-london-twins]the London twins[/url]. But yeah, Jason's about six years older than Jensen.

TeeFly ^^I would have to agree, not really a fan of them (don't dislike them, just don't follow them), but I remember both of them from various movies/TV shows and I don't see any resemblance.
