Have Sam and Dean ever gone to North Dakota?

I've been marking off the places they were and I can't find if they were there ou not.

They use the location names, but they aren't there..atleast, it's good marketing for these spots...for fans like us.

They've mentioned cases in New York state, if not in the city itself. They've also had cases in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco, so they do go to densely populated locations.
