Ultimately, I think her unfailing kindness is what set her apart from her fellow leaders in the Senate. She always thought of others before herself in every situation. Even her dying breath showed kindness towards Anakin, although he had been corrupted by the Dark Side.

It was hard to choose. She is all of them but above all kindhearted, brave and loyal to the Republic. I think she would've made a great Chancellor for the Republic.
