I think the Predator would win because it is bigger and has a pretty nasty arsenal of weapons to use, like the shoulder cannon and the double-edged wrist gauntlet. Boba Fett would put up one hell of a fight but he would end up as a trophy.

It would be a hell of a fight. I can't really decide. I actually once saw an awesome fanart at a convention of them fighting!

Hopefully the Pred sees Boba as a challenge so it'll fight him on equal terms, more-or-less. My money would be on the Pred, though.

It has the potential to be a very cool fight, although I believe the Pred's Active Camouflage tech could possibly give it a quick, no-muss-no-fuss win. An unsatisfying win, but still a win.

Even if the fight goes the distance and Boba wins; if he doesn't make sure the Pred is dead, it'll use its suicide bomb and... BOOM goes Boba.

Either way, no one's walking away from that fight without crutches or a wheelchair LOL!
