Chapter 1: Where are Sonic and Amy?
I woke up and went into my siblings's beds to wake them up. I climbed up my sister's and brother's beds. To my surprise, they weren't there. "Huh. They always wait for me, even if they're already awake.", I thought. I went downstairs, figuring that they were eating breakfast. I was surprised and nervous when they weren't in the cuisine ou living room eating breakfast. I searched all the rooms I could. "Maybe they're playing hide-and-seek ou another game like that... one that involves hiding.", I said. My mother came to me and asked, "Tails, have toi seen Sonic ou Amy yet today? I can't find them." I shook my head and told her, "I was just about to ask toi that. I've searched everywhere for them. They're nowhere to be found." I looked out into Amy's garden. She wasn't there. I also looked into Sonic's running room. He wasn't there, along with Amy not being in her garden. My oldest sister, Sonia, came out, attempting to hold back tears. My oldest brother, Manic, came out with the same reaction as our sister. I asked them, "Hey, are toi two alright? toi look like you're about to cry like crazy." My siblings looked at each other, closed their eyes for a couple minutes, and nodded. We all sat down and ate breakfast.
Chapter 2: The Letter
The mail came a few hours after we finished our breakfast. I called to my mother, "I'll get the mail today, mom! No worries!" My mother thanked me. I looked through the mail and was surprised to see that I had gotten a letter. But I got scared when I saw that it was from our family's worst enemy, Dr. Robotnik. I sat on the canapé and opened it. This is what the letter said:
Miles-
Now I've done it. You're probably wondering where Sonic and Amy are. Your other two siblings know what's going on already. I have captured Sonic and Amy, and I will be killing them tonight. If toi want to see them one last time before their death, toi can come this afternoon.

I suddenly couldn't stop crying. Heck yeah, I wanted to see my siblings, but I wasn't sure if I'd be able to without hugging them tight- and once I started that, I'd never want to let go of them. I called my mother while I was crying. She immediately came running in and asked me, "Tails, why are toi crying?" I handed her the letter. Confused, she unfolded it and read it. She started crying and screaming as well as me. The two of us couldn't believe that Sonic and Amy were going to be killed. My mom whispered to me, "Miles, I think that you'll agree that we should go visit Sonic and Amy to, well, toi know, to say good-bye. Sonia and Manic will come, too." I nodded and whispered back, "They're the only people I want to see right now."
Chapter 3: Saying Good-bye
My mother held me tight while we were waiting to be able to visit Sonic and Amy. She held me tight, and I tried not to scream and cry again. My mom couldn't even open her eyes. They called the two of us in, and we ran to Sonic and Amy's jail cell. They saw us and I hugged them. Sonic said, "I'm glad that toi four came. I wanted to see toi one last time. Don't toi agree, Amy?" Amy was bawling her eyes out, but she managed a nod. Mom and I hugged her again. She hugged us back and gave a small smile. I asked them what had happened. Amy replied, "We don't know. We just woke up this morning and here we were- locked up until our deaths... Wait, toi know what's happening to us, right?" We both nodded. Mom added, "Once we found out what had happened to toi two and what was going to happen, Miles and I couldn't stop crying and screaming. We came to tell toi that we l’amour you, and to say good-bye. We'll all miss toi two." We all hugged each other tight until some robot told us to leave. My mom and I whispered to them one last time, "Good-bye. We'll all always remember toi two. toi were amazing. We l’amour you." We all hugged and kissed one last time and walked away from them.
Chapter 4: My Deal
I looked down at my brother and sister as we left the dungeon. My mom pulled me up the stairs. Soon they were out of sight. We had to pass Robotnik when we were passing the main controls. He seemed pleased with himself. My mom and I started walking accueil when I broke free and ran back to where Robotnik was. I begged him, "If I do everything toi tell me to do, will toi leave Sonic and Amy alone? I want an honest answer here." He thought about it for a minute, but he agreed. I quickly told my mom what I was doing, and she told me to be careful. He told me when I returned, "I'm adding plus to the deal. If toi try to get out of doing something, I'll take out the death shot and be ready to give it to your precious siblings. If toi still argue, I will kill them. That's what I'm adding to the deal. A bit plus pressure on your part." I gulped, but I nodded. I understood why he did it. He wanted to make sure that I did everything he wanted me to do, and he still wanted a chance to kill my brother and sister. And a bit plus pressure? plus like a lot of pressure!
Chapter 5: Doing the Work
I asked him what he wanted me to do first. He told me to clean the bathroom. I was like, "But I don't..." Before I knew it, the death shot was in his hand, aiming towards Sonic and Amy. (They were on this platform that lifted) I nodded, and asked where the bathroom was. He told me where it was and I rushed off. I couldn't put my siblings in jeopardy in any way. I thought to myself as I was cleaning, "At least I'm doing this for a reason- to save Sonic's and Amy's lives." I hoped that he'd eventually free the three of us. I finished cleaning, put the cleaning supplies away, and asked him what I was to do next. He answered, "Go make me about fifty hamburgers. If I don't eat all of them, toi can have the remaining hamburgers. Now go. ASAP! Before I get the death shot out again." I nodded and ran to the kitchen. I thought to myself, "If there's enough hamburgers left, I know what I'm gonna do with them. I'm gonna have some and Sonic and Amy are gonna have some. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get some cheese to make them cheeseburgers!" par then I finished, and there were about twenty-five hamburgers left over when he finished eating. He shoved the rest at me and sent me into my jail cell- the cell with Sonic and Amy.
Chapter 6: Our Escape Plan
Sonic and Amy looked suivant to them. I could tell that they were surprised that it was me. Amy asked, "Tails, what are toi doing? And why hasn't he killed us yet?" She shuddered and made a signal that meant 'not that I'm complaining. I'm actually thrilled!' My brother and I laughed. Amy shook her head and said, "Boys will be boys. So toi made him not kill us, Miles?" I nodded and smiled. "Tails, you're a Rebelle little kid, toi know that?", Sonic told me. I said, "Kinda..." He said, "I'm serious, Miles. That's the last thing I'd have expected that my just-freed younger brother would do- live in slavery and lose your freedom again for the two of us. Thanks, little bud." I hugged my older brother and he smiled down at me. Amy smiled at the two of us. "We're gonna have to escape soon, though. No offense, Tails, but eventually you're gonna say something that gets us killed, even if you're standing up for yourself.", Amy told Sonic and me. We nodded in agreement. I asked, "I agree, but how are we gonna escape?" Amy said, "This is gonna be really risky, but we've got to do it. Tails, while Sonic and I are getting ready to leave, you're gonna go upstairs and be mean to you-know-who. Hopefully, par then we'll already have escaped. When he's not paying attention to toi and trying to find Sonic and I, you're gonna fly out the closest window. We'll meet toi in the Mobotropolis park. Then we'll go accueil together. Boy, will Mother be surprised to see us!" We agreed that we'd escape in about two weeks. Sonic and Amy were gonna be prepared.
Chapter 7: Amy!!!
It was about two weeks later when we reminded each other about the escape. I went upstairs and did my work, as usual. We agreed that Amy and Sonic would escape at 10:00 pm, and when I looked at the clock, it was 9:55 pm. I went downstairs to make sure that my siblings were ready. When I reached our jail cell, Sonic was sitting in a chair, while Amy was laying in one of the beds. I asked them, "You ready to get out of this place?" To my surprise, Sonic shook his head. I asked, "Why? You're supposed to be out of here in five minutes." Sonic said, "We can't leave tonight, Tails. Amy's really sick- with hedgelera. We can't go. She's too weak." I looked down at my big sister. I whispered, "Oh... Amy." She looked at me, her eyes plus than halfway closed and she whispered, "T-t-tails. S-s-sonic. B-b-brothers." I hugged her and whispered that I l’amour her. She is my sister, after all! I told my brother, "I'd better go back upstairs. The last thing we want him to find out is where I've been spending my spare time." Sonic waved and told me that he'd take care of our sister. Right before I walked upstairs, I went over to my sister and kissed her cheek. I knew that she was trying to smile, but she just couldn't. I walked upstairs and finished my chores for the rest of the day.
Chapter 8: A Death Has Occured
I was very tired par the time I got back downstairs. When I got into the cell, I noticed that Amy wasn't in the bed. I thought, "She must be better, then!" I ran towards our secret corner that the three of us made. I was really confused when I only saw Sonic in the corner, crying. I asked him, "Sonic, where's Amy?" He answered, "Miles, I wish I didn't have to tell toi this, but Amy died this afternoon. She just kept getting weaker and weaker, and when I came back from the bathroom, I tried to wake her up, and soon I realized that she was dead. I'm so upset, and I feel sorry for you, too." I looked at my brother, and looked at the ground. I asked my brother, "Where did toi put her ou where did toi bury her?" He answered, "Well, I found a casket, and I decided to put her in there. Until we get home, she'll stay in there. Then we'll have a real funeral for her in a church whenever we escape. We'll have to take the casket with the two of whenever we leave." I nodded and suddenly started to cry. I couldn't believe that my sister was dead. "The only way I'd be able to save her now is if we leave tonight. We'll be accueil really early tomorrow morning, and I'll try to see if I can regenerate her then. If it works, she'll be in her bed, sleeping, in the morning." I told my brother. He nodded and said, "Alright, we'll leave tonight in about half an hour. I'll be ready par then." We nodded and agreed.
Chapter 9: Into the Night
I ran downstairs and into the jail cell one plus time. I called, "Sonic, are toi ready?" He nodded and whispered, "I'll meet toi in Mobotropolis Park, and we'll walk together until we get home." I nodded and ran back upstairs. I went into you-know-who's bedroom and said, "Hey, loser-head! Over here, stupid-brain!" He looked back at me with an angered look on his face. He murmured loud enough so I could understand, "You asked for it, kid. It's time for your brother and sister to die." He grabbed the death shot and ran downstairs. I followed along, for I wanted to see how he reacted about how my siblings had escaped. When he saw the empty jail cell, he said, "WHERE THE HECK ARE ALEENA'S BRATS?!?!" I was trying so hard not to burst out laughing. He had no idea that me and my siblings had planned this. He had no idea what had happened to Amy, Sonic carrying the casket. He started searching all the cells, I made sure he wasn't looking, and when I was sure, I flew to the nearest window, and I flew out of it. I smiled and whispered, "Yes! The only thing that would make this better was if Amy was still alive." I flew to Mobotropolis Park and I soon saw Sonic with Amy's casket. He waved and asked, "Tails, what'd he say when he saw that we were missing?" I chose my best Robotnik voice and said, "WHERE THE HECK ARE ALEENA's BRATS?!?!" Sonic cracked up on that one. I smiled at my big brother as we were walking home. He held my hand, and I could tell that he was scared. I squeezed his hand, montrer that I felt the same way. He suddenly asked me, "Hey, little bro, toi wanna speed up?" I smiled at him. I knew exactly what he meant, so I nodded. Like his name, my brother can déplacer at the speed of sound. He ran to our street. It was 10:30 when we started running, and our rue was about 10 miles away. par the time we got to our street, it was only 10:32. We ran towards our home, the palace.
Chapter 10: Home! At last!
I ran inside with my older brother. He was still carrying our sister's casket. He followed me into my lab and put down the casket. Then he ran back upstairs. I followed him, and toi know where he was? In his bed, whispering, "I'm actually home. accueil sweet home." I laughed to myself. I didn't want Sonia and Manic to find out that we were accueil yet. I scooted back to my lab and regenerated my sister. She thanked me and we ran upstairs to the bedroom. We'd only be able to sleep until 4 o'clock. I woke up my one of my new sisters, Bunnie, (who is also half robot. It's a long story.) and told her that Amy, Sonic, and I were to be her sister's, Sonia's, Manic's, and our mom and dad's Christmas presents from her. Bunnie promised to keep it a secret until then. It was soon four o'clock and I ran onto the palace's largest balcony. My brother and sister followed me. I installed a security camera so we could watch and hear what was going on. We couldn't wait to see how our family reacted to us being back home, sûr, sans danger as can be.
Chapter 11: Christmas Morning
We were still standing there when we heard Sonia and Manic get out of bed. They soon went into the living room. They soon ran into mom's and dad's room and woke them up saying, "He came! He came! He came, mom! He came, dad! Santa came, and he left us presents and things in our stockings. He even left things in Sonic's, Amy's, and Tails's stockings, too. He left them some large presents, too." Mom and dad woke up, and they all headed downstairs. Cream and Bunnie soon followed them. They've had huge stockings ever since mom and dad adopted them. They get a lot of presents, too. Anyways, Sonia's big things that she got this an were a new motorcycle, a sewing kit, and dance lessons. Manic's big things were a wallet that turns money invisible (he steals anything), and an awesome new sports car. Bunnie's favori things were some stickers, an awesome new wheelchair that looked like a car, and marshmallows that were shaped and colored as carrots. Her real sister, Cream, got the guimauve things, a racing kart, and tons of lotions and soaps. Mom and dad got a picture of all of us that us kids made one jour before we were captured. That made mom and dad cry, thinking of the three of us. Everyone hugged them to make them feel better. Cream said, "I'm sure they're fine, Mother. They're gonna be ok." Soon Bunnie called for all of them to follow her. They were confused at first, but they followed her. Bunnie headed for the balcony where me and my siblings were. Manic walked in first. When he saw me and my siblings, he yelled, "MOM!!! Come here this instant!" She ran to him and asked him what was the matter. As we turned around, Manic pointed at the three of us. Sonic held up a peace sign. Mom looked and when she saw that it was the three of us, she ran to us and hugged us tight. She didn't let go of us for a week. Literally. That was the story of how I saved my sibling's lives, technically.
