Bart easily outruns Clark. In the comics, The Flash is consistently faster than Superman.
Bart was also mentioned in the Vengeance Chronicles par informing Molly Griggs and Nick Yang that Lex Luthor was restarting the Level 33.1 program.
Like his fellow Justice League members, when he first met Clark he attacked him. However, this was about a jour after he really first met him, when Bart used Kryptonite against him.
