We are moving across the country again! Lacey groaned.
Yep, this is our life, toi should get use to it. Rose said.
I don't care if it's our life, why can't we stay here? Lacey asked.
toi know why, don't play stupid. Rose said.
Can I just have the new adress so I can go? She asked.
Yes honey, are toi taking your car ou motorcycle? Esme said.
The motorcycle. Lacey replied.
Esme wrote down directions so Lacey could get to the new house in Forks.
Lacey zipped her veste up and out the directions in her backpack.
Call us when toi get there. I said.
I watched her put on her helmit and she left.
Shouldn't someone go with her? I asked.
She's old enough to go alone, Edward. Carisle said.
I understand toi want to keep her sûr, sans danger but just let her be and she will come around. Esme said.
Fine. I growled.
I went up stairs to Lacey's room and sat on the lit were I was sitting just an heure ago.
Edward hurry and pack! We need to be moved in a jour ou two. Carisle said.
Okay, I'll finish packing. I groaned.
That's one thing I hate was packing. I have had a lot of experience in packing and unpacking. We have moved a lot before Lacey arrived here. I finshed packing my stuff and went to work on Lacey's room.
I don't know why but this is the seconde time she has gone and checked the house and town out a head of time.
I loaded her car up and started driving it to the new house.
A few hours later I caught up with Lacey. I don't think she actually knew it was me because she tried to loose me a lot. She swerved in and out of cars, and went way to fast on that motorcycle.
After trying to loose me numerous times, she realized that is had to be one of us. She was going to hate me.
We arrived at the house and before I could even get out of the car she had her helmit off and was looking at me as if I was a dead man that told a tale.
Why are toi here? Lacey asked.
Because I had to bring my stuff up here. I said.
uh huh sure. She said.
No, it's the truth. Why can toi not stand being around us? toi always want to check the house out and see the town. I said.
I want to be alone so I can think. I would like to be alone away from toi all sometimes. Most of the time I feel like an odd ball with toi all. She sighed.
Look, we try to act as normal as possible but it's hard for us. I said.
Yeah, it's very hard to pretend that toi are a human when toi have been doing it for a billion years. She said.
I'm not that old. I laughed.
How old are you? Lacey asked.

Ha ha ha, very funny. She said.
How about toi go get something to eat and I will watch toi eat like I always do. I said.
Okay, sounds good. toi better be paying. Lacey joked.
Why me? I asked.
Because, I didn't bring any money. She said.
What about they credit car Esme gave you. I said.
Mom, just gave me a gas card. She said.
Oh okay. I guess I will pay. I said.
Let's unload some of these boxes and than toi can go eat. I said.
Okay. Lacey sigh.
I unpacked the boxes while Lacey explored the house twice.
Lacey, it's not that big. Are toi looking for something particular? I asked.
No, just staling because I don't really want to help toi unpack the boxes. She said.
toi are major slacker. I said.
I wonder who I get it from. Mom ou Dad? Lacey asked.
Neither. I sighed.
Lacey seemed to always forget that she was adopted. She probably didn't like the fact that she was adopted. She wanted to think of herself as normal ou that's what I would think.
Okay, let's go. I said.
Lacey got in the car while I locked the door behind us.
We went to a small diner, it was sort of crowded.
There was a police officer there, he was thinking about his daughter Bella who would be arriving in a couple of weeks. He was quiet nervous about it.
I'll have a glass of sweet thé and a bar-b-q hamburger and he will have a coke. Lacey said.
Thanks for ordering for me. I said.
Anytime. She smile. 
Oh her smile. It made my word seem brighter. We always live where it rains a lot so when she smiles it's like the sun comes out.
What where toi thinking about? She asked.
 I was lire that guy's mind. I said.
Oh, what was so interestig about it? Lacey asked as she became really curious.
His daughter is coming is a few weeks. I said.
We were having an actually conversation without argueing! That was a surprised to me. We are usually bickering at each other.
