who is cuter sideshow bob ou his brother ceicle ( only for the girls )

it is extremely easy for me, it would have to be Sideshow bob!i l’amour his hair, i wish i could have it! no-one and i mean no-one can beat him! and besides, who wold cecil be if it werent for his older brother sideshow bob? certaintly not a character from the simpsons! anyway, easy question for me, what do toi think?

I looove Bob's hair, but Cecil is just so much cuter, the way he's all huffy and pouty. And his plot to destroy Springfield seemed so much more...grand than Bob's general schemes. Oh, I wish Cecil would come back on the show; I just l’amour him to pieces..!
