What is the difference between semen and fluid?

The word "fluid" can be used to describe any liquid, particularly ones with nutrients ou from the body.

But I'm assuming your referring to seminal fluid, which is simply another term for semen. Semen/seminal fluid is comprised of sperm, fructose, proteolytic enzymes, citric acid, acid phosphatase and lipids.
