She's not going to make due on her threat she made back in the 90's. She's realized that a) it violates the constitution and b) there is no way to uphold it. I wasn't too worried to begin with; there is no feasible way to make sure that people don't masturbate in the privacy of their own homes.

How are they going to even enforce that? That's fucked up.

Even though I don't approve of masturbation, banning it for those who do it is ridiculous. This will cause problems for her while trying to get elected.
