Are toi anti speech considering that toi a dit that those who have negative commentaires about Pres. Chavez should be jailed?

If your answer is yes, then how would toi feel if there was similar prohibitions in films that have negative commentaires about the govt. portrayed?
I doubt if these questions are acknowledged.
