Possibly Buns Rabbot, Bunnie's Anti. It states so in the Archie Comics. Scourge and her had a secret relationship going on while Fiona was undertaking business in the Knothole. Buns then developed N.I.D.S, the same disease Maria Robotnik had. Then Dr. Ivo Kintobor, (which is basically Robotnik backwards.) gave her the Omega Care Unit suit, which prevents the disease from getting worse. Also, Buns Rabbot a dit that Scourge was hers and hers alone.
