Why do people say Suliet came from no were??

As I noticed in lots of websites, people are saying Suliet came from nowhere. As unexpected, and the worst couples ever. But if toi really look at their relationship, and what the writers are thinking of, toi would really change your mind. Beside the thing that I'm extremely annoyened I got some ansewrs to prove they're wrong.
Now lets start with writers.This season and the upcoming one, are going to be filled with action and they don't have enough time for the l’amour stories. So they prepared us for the whole Suliet thing, since the end of season4. When Sawyer came back to the plage he saw Juliet, while he could've seen anyone "Miles,Charlott,Rose...." But that was to make people start to think of them as a couple. And that what really happened fans started to wonder and sat that it's possiable since they ended up alone and all these things.And we started to confince plus when we saw the first promotional photos of season five and one of them was for them together in the jungle. Then when we watched season 5 promo and they were hoalding hands.
Now when season 5 began they started some hints. their walks in the jungle and their talks. We really enjoyed these scenes "At least I did". And in the episode "La fluer" they made it plus clear with the "I got your back scenes" and "Sweeks" scene. They made it pretty much clear that they're ending up as a couple.What I noticed people can not understand that the writers arn't in season three anymore and don't have time for the triangles and l’amour stories. It's like they are telling us "They ended up together that all what matters get over it" And people still saying the idea came from no where!!!

courtney7488 OK, I swear that I just commented on this. Oh well, I'll just copy and paste my comment: Lovely pictures! I agree that they didn't come from "nowhere". I did not begin to notice the hints of them becoming a couple until a few episodes into the season, and I didn't even like the idea of them being a couple at first; however, looking back, I can see that there were lots of hints. The biggest one for me was when Sawyer told Juliet about seeing Kate and Claire in the jungle- he refused to tell this to Locke, yet he voluntarily told Juliet (whom he once almost hated). Even if they really did come from nowhere, people should at least admit that they have perhaps the most functional relationship on the island.

sahour95 Yeah I agree hun. And he really could've told Lock when he asked him but he preferd to tell Juliet! And the last episode was totally awsome!!!

lovlove LOST is not a show like for example Grey's Anatomy. Most couples there aren't perfectly written. But I have to say they did a great job with Suliet! I hoped they would become a couple since the first few episodes of this season and they always had chemistry. I think most of the people who say or write this are Skate fans and just don't want to accept that he is in a mature relationship now. He and Juliet know each other for over 3 years and who knows for how long they're a couple already. He only knew Kate for a few month and it was not a relationship at all... it was more of an "On-Off Affair" so I don't think there is any competition at all. Well I lost it little... my point is: They were a little surprising but that doesn't mean they aren't awesome! I mean... how can you watch the latest episode (5x15) and can't admit that they're great together? ;]
