Does the saw series make toi sort of value life?

Because of the depression that ive had my whole life, i haven't been able to enjoy life. Seeing the series made me appreciate my existance a bit more.

I valued my life way before I started to watch the saw films but it does have an affect on people to value their lives. and also their family.
