That's tough. I like Quiznos better but I end up going to Subway more often cause they're cheaper and they have more locations. However, I'm a vegetarian and Quiznos puts guacamole on it's veg sandwich so Quiznos wins this round.

I'm too picky about my sandwiches to let fast food places make them. MAYBE a family deli that won't mind my particular requests...but otherwise I only eat sandwiches me or my friends make.

If I were voting for my friend however, Subway would be the way to go. She's been trying to frequent every single one in Korea...

I like Subway soooo much more, quiznos grosses me out. I ate there once, and I got sick when getting home.

I like Subway's coldcut sandwiches, but when I want a warm, toasty sandwich, Quizno's is the way to go. So I'm undecided.

i like them both but quizno's is a bit pricier and i like that you can pick all the ingredients at subway.
