Quick A-Z of Dumb Positivity anyone?

B- Beards- This might seem like a weak argument but hear me out. No matter what we say about A&E they wrote some damn good romances. Snowing and Rumble in the early days were beautiful. So I cannot and will not accept that the five season long quest for the redeemed evil queen to find love, looks like Outlaw Queen.

C- Clothing- (hauntings of a deleted tweet) never forget that A&E stated that they have final say on all clothing choices, despite what is happening with the beards Swan Mills family always share similar colours. Also Regina has worn dream catcher earrings which we KNOW link to Emma finding her Tallahassee (finding her home) more times than I care to count.

D- Disney- I’m not a hundred percent sure on what’s true and what’s just hearsay but rumour has it they don’t have the rights to go around making original Disney owned characters LGBT. SO, that rules out Merida and Mulan in the least.

E- Emma Swan- Jennifer Morrison has been in the acting business a LONG time, she ain’t no rookie. She plays Emma Swan a certain way, I think Jenny likened it to a fourteen year old boy? It’s in the way she walks, talks and generally holds herself. She plays her tomboyish and for want of a better word butch.

F- Fandom- We are the biggest fandom and they know it. We make the most noise on social media, we spend the most on cons and merchandise. ABC is a cash cow and they’d be stupid to let this go to waste.

G-Gold- “True love, Miss Swan. The only magic strong enough to transcend realms and break any curse.” All those things listed above? Emma and Regina do those things just to pass the time of day. They have never explained why Emma’s touch kickstarted Regina’s magic or why their magic combined is the colour of bottled true love but I’m betting it has something to do with it being true love af.

H- Henry- People can complain all they want that Emma is about to share her heart with Hook, but let me just point out that Regina and Emma already share a heart and it goes by the name Henry Mills.

I-“In all life there are the people that are right for you and there are the people that are wrong for you. Then there are the people you just choose.”- A&E said this and if this doesn’t read Neal, Daniel, Hook and Hood to you then idk what to tell you. No matter what you say about the Swan Queen relationship it has ALWAYS been about choices.

J- Jennifer Morrison- I love her, truly and deeply but PLEASE do not be swayed by the things she says. Not only are we are aware she sticks solely to current canon storylines but we also know she doesn’t even watch the show.

K- Kristin Bauer Van Straten- She basically said that her and Lana played Mal and Regina to have a thing, in a roundabout way making bisexual Regina canon. The writers are more than aware that this information is circulating and they have done nothing to state otherwise.

L- LGBT characters- despite months of teasing an LGBT couple I am yet to see anything that could be deemed remotely romantic between two same sex characters that aren’t Emma or Regina.

M- Music - Excuse me, but the true love music has played one too many times in Swan Queen scenes for my liking.

N- Neverland- Okay I’m reaching here but Neverland brought us so much. Not only did we have teamwork, our son and those outfits which screamed butch supreme and femme fatale but it gave us the gift of jealous!Regina. Two seasons later we even have jealous!Emma. What’s the point of those jealous jibes and suspicious glances if not to suggest an attraction?

O- Original Idea- whenever asked how the story started and has changed A&E always reply with one answer, “Some things changed radically. but some stayed the same. It was always Emma comes to town as Savior & meets Mayor Regina.”

Q- Queerbaiting- There’s baiting and then there’s whats happening on Once Upon a Time. When you really study it, it’s too much? There’s too many loose ends with the Swan Queen as a story, all the other pairings have a finished story arc but I feel like we’ve had too much set up for this to not go our way? They’d be selling themselves short.

R- Regina Mills- When the show finishes it’s gonna be remembered for a few select things, one of those being the work of art that is Regina Mills, so I can’t shake the feeling that this isn’t it for her. I saw a post say, she was Leopold’s second wife, Snow’s second mother, Gold’s second choice as a student, Henry’s second choice as a mother (for time) and Robin’s god knows what choice as a partner. She’s always had to be something for someone but for Emma she’s just Regina and thats enough.

S- Savior Complex- Little Emma Swan has a savior complex through and through, seasons ago Henry told her that her job was to bring back the happy endings. By doing that she’s never considered her own happy ending. Numerous times Hook has said she is his happy ending and she only ever agreed when he was dying (throwback to Swan Thief). She believes that being with Hook will make him and her parents happy, big houses and white picket fences are not the Emma Swan we knows happy ending. Also that Snowing quote was a big, “Mamma look at me being the princess you all want me to be.’” It was gross and I’m not buying it.

T- Tattoos and Pixie Dust- Sure it’s never wrong but maybe it was a little off. It’s way too much of a coincidence that Emma’s flower tattoo is a lyon flower and they are taking their sweet time explaining it’s relevance.

U- Underworld- They are in the underworld for Hook I’m not debating that, but is anyone here familiar with the story of Meg and Hercules? Meg sold her soul to Hades for an ex boyfriend who then left her…Sucks for Meg but not so much for us.

V- Villain- Shady Hood theories anyone? They’re golden. Also Hook, he’s had NO redemption at all, you work for your happy ending on this show it’s like a rule.

W- “When Henry brought me to Storybrooke, he told me I was the savior. I didn’t see what he was really doing. He was not bringing me back to break the curse. He was bringing me home.”- And where I ask, did little tiny season one Henry bring Emma? Oh that’s right, 108.

X- X-rated- Like some of our fics. Which they’ve clearly been reading. I mean, metal coffin on wheels? You eat like a child? Miss Swan?? REALLY??

Y- Yin Yang- I spend way more time than I’d like to admit researching symbolism and mythology regarding Swan Queen, but in simple terms they have always sold them as the light and dark to each other. Whether it be through things as simple as clothing choices or as huge as entire story arcs (the savior flip). They balance each other out and that has been clear from the start.

Z- Okay cut me some slack here I hardly know any words beginning with Z (yeah I could of done Zelena but nah). So instead have me here, a little ray of dumb positivity telling you that I’m still all aboard the train to endgame. If this post gives you anything, let it be validation. The majority of things I talked about are CANON. You are not delusional for seeing or believing any of these things, they were given to us. If I’m wrong, which I may well be and they choose to disregard this amazing story, just know it will always be ours and nobody can take it from us.
