If toi mean like articles and stuff like that then at the beginning of the article there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then toi click it and POOF your a fan of that particular article.

like at the haut, retour au début of your profil page, suivant to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a fan of *insert number* of items.
