I think Mona is not A...she is a part of the A team but the real A is person with the red coat, she just joined the team because the liars kept Hanna away from her...but she isnt the brain of the team, just a stupid follower!

How could Ezra be A? I think the A is Jena because if u listen closely to the end of unmAsked, when Mona gets a visitor you could hear her walking stick. Or it would be the person who was dressed in the Black Swan costume.
