OHHHH! Can toi draw my PPG Ice Princess?


She has a pladed jupe with a golden collier with a diamond incristed sapphire stone. And her hair is not shaded. She actually has dark blue highlights. She is hard to draw btw, so i really appreciate if toi draw her. ^ ^
