well new people sign up for fanpop everyday, and some are pokemon fans so i like to repost so the newbies know my answer to.

Not to sound too big-headed, but with popular picks like link http://www.fanpop.com/spots/pokemon/picks/­sho­w/3­86 ,
link and link don't need repeating over again, as they're voted on often, so they are the main point of discussion for that topic.

What does hack me off, is people thinking that Answers = Picks. If you're polling an opinion that isn't multiple choice, use the forums. If you want a question answered like "When did Brock catch his Zubat?" use Answers. It's not for questions like "What is your favourite couple." That's a Pick or a Forum thread.

Yeah if they are not asked in a while,its okay to answer them.
But if the same pick is repeated again and again,of course it will get annoying.
