Pokémon Question

Am I too old for Pokémon?

I'm 18 and I like the game a little, however, I don't care too much about the anime. My mom (non-biological mom btw) says I am. Do toi think she's right?

I have a friend that's almost 30 that loves pokemon. Considering how old Pokemon is, It's understandable that those who grew up with it are also older now. Age is but a number.
