Do toi think Iris, and possibly Cilan, will reappear in XY?

I mean, every gen the girl from the last gen comes back. Misty came to Hoenn in one episode, May to Sinnoh in I don't know how many episodes, and Dawn to Unova for a few episodes! Do toi think Iris should do the same?

it's too late for that now! Ash has already finished the Kalos league! and now there already trying to emballage, wrap up the XY series to get ready for the Sun Moon series! i'm really pissed! i mean why would they just break that tradition!? first they broke the tradition of Brock! then they broke the tradition of eadh girls bike getting wrecked! and now their breaking the best tradition of all!!!!!!!

Yes,I definitely think one especially Iris could definitely come back in the X/Y series,it does follow they do with each Pokemon season,so I don't see why they wouldn't bring her back for a few episodes.

I can see Iris coming back. Misty can back for 5 episodes in AG, May came back for 5 episodes in DP, and Dawn came back for 9 episodes in BW. So I can see Iris coming back. I feel about 12 to 20 episodes would do Iris great, as she got a real shortage of episodes in BW.

As for Cilan, I'm unsure. He may come back, but he may not, that's all I can say

Well I'm positive Iris will make an appearance in X and Y, but I'm not sure about Cilan. I saw a video in japanese where Cilan and Brock met. The only problem is that I never saw it air in the United States (or did I miss and episode?). the female character always comes back so we can be sure about Iris coming back.

Cilan is coming back for an X and Y Special with Clemont and Bonnie. It's called 'The Ultimate Duo Cilan and Clemont!' Strange that Cilan has two special episodes aired after the end of an region season; maybe they have something planned for him?
