Pokémon Question

What's the Pokerus?!

I traded today a Rapidas from the Global Link and there it was! What's Pokerus anyway? I heard some people say that it's an error(?) which raises the Pokemon's stats, but I still don't trust it... Can toi tell me what it is? If toi know, of course XP

Ha! I got this once and I had no idea what was going on so I didn't use the Pokemon until it went away. This was before I got on the internet.

Anyway, a Pokerus is actually some kind of "beneficial" virus, as the nurse will say that "Pokemon infected par it grow exceptionally well," upon the first time your Pokemon get them. They can spread fast, but don't worry, they're pretty harmLESS. :)

After a while, the Pokerus will disappear, and the infected Pokemon will never get them again.
Oh, and I might want to add that they're pretty rare, even plus rare than shiny Pokemon. ;)
So I suggest toi actually enjoy that Pokerus thingus while toi can. :3
