Have anyone play Pokemon Prism before? Where you'll choose Larvitar as your starter pokemon. I need some help.

After I beat 2 gym leaders, I cannot advance anymore.I cannot challenge new gym leader of euphorbe, euphorbe ésule City and laurier, laurel City as someone is blocking the door of the gym. In Laural City, I cannot enter the tower as there is someone blocking the door. I had chercher new places to go, but I cannot found any. Can toi help me par telling me what should I do get advance?
