The last Gym Leader is too hard for me to beat.Can toi give me some advice?

Piplup Lv.53 Moves:Surf,Hydro Pump,Brine,Drill Peck

Starly Lv.48 Moves:Fly,Steel Wing,Endevor,Defog

Machoke Lv.45 Moves:Vital Throw,Revenge,Rock Climb,Sesimic Toss

Azumarill(as I call Evil Azumarill)Lv:46 Moves:Surf,Attract,Double Edge,Streaght

Azumarill Lv.40 Moves:Bubble beam,Rock Smash,Grass knot,Aqua Ring

Shinx Lv.46 Moves:Charge,Thunder Fang,Crunch,Roar

It would also be okay if some of toi told me the levels of Volkner's pokemon and what all of the pokemons are and they're moves and abilities and items.

EVIL Azumarill-x replace attract and replace with an attack
GOOD Azu--Grass knot will be good against Electivire

I get lots of water types,got that?Anyways,I beat him already now and my water types were very helpful.

I think toi should catch a Ground-type pokemon! Right outside of Volkner's town, (At least in Diamond) toi can catch Gastrodon! They're Ground-Water-types, so toi win both ways! 1: toi have a Pokemon he can't affect, and 2: toi still have a bunch of water types! :)
