I don't think toi can but if toi have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level toi trade an egg for Mew and just connect toi ds too the Wii and withdraw it then toi have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe toi can't catch one in the wild ou par event
