Anyway let me first say that this scene is one of my all time favori scenes ever in OTH. Chad and Hilarie do such an amazing job with this scene.

Well I've rewatched this scene a few times, as people make up picks ou ask questions and such. And the plus I watch this scene the plus I wanna take Lucas's side on this whole arguement they had.

Let me just make this clear I'm saying I wanna take his side in this particular scene and I'm speaking only about this scene. I think they were both wrong in some of the things they said. When I first watched this episode I immediately took Peyton's side cuz it looked like Lucas was being an ass.

But as I rewatch it, she was way worse than him. I mean when toi look at it from Lucas's perspective he goes to LA to ask Peyton to marry him, in his mind he could never imagine her saying anything but yes and when she didn't it destroyed him. Sure she didn't say no either, she a dit someday but if toi at it from luke's point of view she might as well have a dit no. It could have easily been intrepreted as she was too afraid to say no so she a dit someday. (I really think she meant it but thats not my point here).

Do I think Lucas should have just left it at that no I dont, but at the same time, Peyton made no attempt after that. Do I think Lucas gave up when he just left, yes I do. But do I think he was right when he a dit Peyton gave up, yes I think he was. Not necessarily for the reasons he gave, I don't think it would have made any difference in the world to Peyton as to whether ou not his novel ever got published, she didn't care about that. Then he says that she didn't care, maybe because it wasn't about her ou what she wanted. There is some truth to that I think. She'd care, i won't argue with that, but in some ways she did choose her life in LA, her job and such over Lucas.

Should people be engaged at 19, no probably not however. However if I asked someone to marry me and they a dit someday, that answer to me would be plus of a no, than a yes. Sure they were young and they both had things in life they wanted to do, outside of the relationship they had, i think peyton had valid reasons for saying someday. But they were also excuses. So in the aspect of there break up. I think they were both wrong, sure if he loved her that much he should have waited, but that has to be hard, i don't know what I would do if I asked the person I was in l’amour with to marry me and they a dit someday, I might leave too. As for peyton though, if she loved Lucas as much as she says than she could have a dit yes, it wasn't like they were gonna get married that night.

As for the rest of the conversation when Peyton starts throwing the livres at lucas and saying that he never meant anything he a dit to ou about her. She was so wrong when she a dit this it was unbelieveable to me. The look on Lucas's face when she's saying this makes me wanna cry.

Ultimately it doesn't matter who left who, because frankly after Lucas left the only attempt at contact was lucas inviting peyton to his book signing.

So when it comes right down to this arguement, I have decided and I know toi guys are probably going to think I'm insane.

But after everything that was a dit in this arguement par both Lucas and Peyton. I have to side with Lucas in this arguement.

Haha...maybe I am going insane.

Grey's Anatomy has a new doctor coming to town.
I can exclusively reveal that former One arbre colline étoile, star Hilarie burton has signed on for a recurring guest role as a craniofacial specialist who visits the hospital to work on a case.
She'll make her debut in early May.
Sarah Chalke's Grey's role inspired par son's battale with deadly disease
Burton, who first became known for Peyton Sawyer on One arbre colline after a stint as a host on MTV's Total Request Live, has had a recurring role as Matt Bomer's l’amour interest on USA's White Collar.
Funny enough, Burton's real-life l’amour is Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who played cœur, coeur transplant patient Denny Duquette on Grey's. After his character died, morgan continued to play him when he appeared in the dreams of Katherine Heigl's Izzie.
