After watching Naley's wedding (again!) I decided to write down all of my fave speeches from it! Hope toi enjoy reading! :)

Haley and Nathan's vows:

Haley: "Nathan its been a dit that there is one word that will free us from the weight and pain of life. And that word is love, and I believe that. It doesn't mean that it hasn't been hard ou that it won't be. It just means that I found a stillness and bravery in myself with you. toi make me Rebelle and I will l’amour toi until the end of time. This I vow today."

Nathan: "Last an we stood on a plage and I told toi how uch I loved toi and how I would always, always protect you. And that jour nobody believed that this would work. But I don't think anybody understood the l’amour I had for toi because if they did they never would have doubted us. So I wanted to marry toi all over again in front of most of the world. Because today, when I look into your eyes my l’amour for toi only grows. Its even stronger now and that l’amour will never waver. This I vow to toi today and always, forever."

Lucas' pain grillé to Naley at their Wedding Reception:

Lucas: "The last time I gave a speech about Nathan and Haley was, well at their first wedding reception. I remember saying, " Prepare to be surprised". Well I have to say even I was surprised, because toi see they do something thats very rare to see in someone our age. Actually, its very rare to see in anybody, they give their hearts to each other, unconditionally. And thats what true l’amour really is. Its not this fairytale life that never knows pain but its two souls facing it together and diminishing it with unconditional love. To Nathan and Haley Scott."

Brooke's pain grillé to Nathan and Haley:

Brooke:" I'm not the worlds most eloquent speaker so I thought I'd borrow a few words from Shakespear. "Love is not l’amour when alteration finds." When life gets hard, when things change, true l’amour remains the same. I look at Nathan and Haley and somehow I feel safer. I don't know if I can explain that but they give me hope. And I'm afraid to say it out loud because maybe if life finds out it'll try to beat it out of them and thats a shame. Because we can all use a little hope sometimes, toi know. That feeling that everythings going to be okay and that theres going to be someone there to help make sure of that. So here's to Nathan and Haley and heres to hope, and heres to a l’amour that will not alter."

Before I write this, I need to defend myself. Never, ever, should anyone think I am criticising the final episode of One arbre Hill. I cried for hours after it, as I slowly came to terms with the fact that my all time favourite montrer that I have diligently watched for many many years, is now ended. I loved it. It was a beautiful episode. But something about the final sequence just didn't sit right with me. And it's been bugging me all day, and I really just need to say it to a group of people who loved the montrer as much as I did.
The final sequence seemed so disconnected to the OTH I know and love....

Alright so it seems that are people that loved it and people that hated it. Not at all surprising since it all knew it would be different than any episode we'd seen before since chad wrote it. But i'll say the episode was beyond what i had expected it to be.

First let me just say that I loved this episode. I will admit some of the lines were horrible, specifically in the opening and closing scenes where it was meant to be present day. Mostly Peyton's lines in these scenes were silly. And of course there was Lucas referring to Peyton as "pretty girl". Now we all know that i'm sure not a fan of...
