WELL Rio Ferdinand has hardly made a secret of his l’amour for One Direction in the past – but now the footballer has taken his fanatic feelings that one step further.
Rio Ferdinand initially met the One Direction lads when they came to his clothing line launch at London’s Selfridges department store last November.
The British footballer then suggested the boys take a break from X Factor rehearsals to enjoy a VIP evening out at the England vs France game.
And yesterday Rio finally got his wish to hang out with his favourite popstars, when the band’s Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson joined him for the beautiful game and a bite to eat at Manchester United’s Old Trafford.
@RioFerdy5 tweeted: “Just in the lounge with @AshWills84 and the One Direction younh guns! They seem 2 b loving this boyband life!”
The fit singers were joined par the sportsman for dîner and judging par Rio’s tweets the lads were taking advantage of their teenage heartthrob status.
Rio wrote: “@Harry_Styles + @louiespence good to see u both tonight supporting the lads! The few chics that were in @RossoRestaurant were all over ya!!”
