anyone but me found it kinda annoying how leroy/grumpy seems to constantly act as the leader of the dwarves?

i mean i thought doc was supposed to be the leader. grumpy seems to think he can tell them what to do and be in charge and stuff. notice how he didnt seem to take part in axing out the mines in the crocidle episode. he was just walking around with a clipboard and paper giving orders.
