is it possible that the Queen of hearts and regina could be sisters?

it suddenly occured to me that while i was remembering lire people's theories on how jefferson and regina could be siblings ou the Queen of hearts could be cora, etc, i was thinking if it could be possible that regina could possibly be sisters with the Queen of hearts. i believe cora is dead cause regina killed her and took her powers and the Queen of hearts has a voûte of hearts just like regina's so i'm wondering if she and regina could be related somehow. i know as of now, we believe regina is an only child but i'm very curious if it's any possibility that she's secretly sisters with the Queen of hearts. maybe she a volé, étole henry the father away so she could have their dad around her instead of regina having him around. is this theory in any way possible?
