Yep, I'm pretty sure it was Rumple she was thinking about. Seeing as she was never to fond of Gaston it wouldn't have been him she was thinking about.

Yeah, toi can tell it is after she left Rumplestiltskin because she is wearing the same dress. Also it is highly unlikely that they would have her talking about another l’amour interest when we just saw her with Rumplestiltskin.
