Who does Regina hate more?

MM ou emma? i've lately been having trouble figuring this out. could she hate them both equally for different reasons? if regina had the chance to kill one of them, which would it be?

maybe she has figure it out when mr Gold/ rumplestilskin came par and told her some things and then maybe she has a feeling who emma is
