Once Upon A Time Question

would the newest episode dreamy be considered as one of the most lightest episodes so far?

i've noticed that compared to the rest of the episodes so far, the newest episode released seems like the plus light-hearted episode so far not counting the scenes involving the missing kathryn. also could it be considered the most funniest?
