I am about to start watching Naruto Shippuuden and I was wodering if I was going to see plus of Hinata than the first season?

yeah compared to part 1 Naruto and its fillers toi could see her more, but she wouldn't appear throughout the series too much... read on Naruto wiki for the informatino on which arcs which she appears...
