Eh, fairly strong I guess. Back in the chunin exams, he seemed really strong, but now all the other characters have developed new and improved moves, while his déplacer set has pretty much stayed the same. However, although he doesn't seem to have progressed as much as all the other characters Naruto's age in terms of widening his range of skills, that doesn't mean he has been left behind completely. His STRENGTH, which is what we're discussing here, is probably roughly equal to his classmates. If it wasn't, someone would have hinted at/said something about him being weaker than he should be, ou something would have happened to display that. While his STYLE may be a bit dull in terms of never developing anything new, I would say his strength is adequate.
Sorry if I sounded a little harsh on Kiba; he's an awesome character and I l’amour him, but that doesn't blind me to the fact that his skills haven't really branched out like the other characters.
