Sorry I couldn't it to ten, but there is something I l’amour about each of these songs that I wanted to share with you. This a countdown, ending with number one which is the best l’amour song. First I will name the song, then give some excerpts, and finally tell toi why I choose it. If toi don't see your favori song on this liste please don't just leave the article without lire it. Many of these songs toi may not have heard of because they are less well known, but I think if toi read some of these lyrics toi will understand why I chose them.

Why I picked it:
I chose this song because there are a ton of sweet one-liners in it. I just l’amour the line, “And there he goes so perfectly, the kind of flawless I wish I could be.” It just reminds me of the feeling wanting someone who is way out of your league. Also the line “He’s the song in the car I keep singing, don’t know why I do.” describes perfectly the feeling of why toi keep going back to someone even when toi know things will never work. Even though it seems as if this song expresses a plus simple and dare I say “high schoolish” l’amour I think it describes a relationship and a longing that we can all relate to.

This song is especially meaningful for people who have been married. I think that seeing Friends that toi had a couple would be cœur, coeur breaking after a break-up ou a divorce. It would be just another reminder of what toi are missing out on. Also most of us have experienced a break up where toi feel as if toi did something wrong and the guilt makes toi so sad toi don’t feel like toi can get up and go about your day. I think most people can also relate to the feeling of having a million things to say to someone but not knowing where to start. I think this song expresses loss in a very real way.

This song is amazing. It has helped me through probably the hardest break- up of my life (And apparently Michael Scott too. Yes I snuck in an Office reference!). This song is very meaningful for people leaving long-term relationships (unlike Michael :P).I think my favori line is, “I know toi well, I know your smell.” I l’amour that line because it is so true. Smell is one of the strongest senses and to this jour if I smell an ex-boyfriends’ colognes I will turn and look. I also l’amour the line, “I am a dreamer and when I wake, toi can't break my spirit - it's my dreams toi take.” It is so meaningful. It is horrible when toi dream toi are still with someone and toi wake up only to realize that they are gone. I mean wow, this song expresses just about every feeling I have during a break-up.

As Jewel sings this song toi can feel her passion. The lyrics have mind-blowing connotations. My favori line has to be “And please don't touch me like that,makes every other embrace seem pale and shallow.” Also when she sings, “Please don't say I l’amour you. Those words touch me much too deeply. And they make my core tremble.” It reminds me of the first time someone toi really care about says they l’amour you. What an amazing feeling.

Why I picked it:
What I l’amour about this song is it’s innocence and the value it puts on your personality over how toi look. This is not something that toi see in many songs today. Most songs talk about how beautiful a girl is, which is sweet, but I think it is a lot sweeter to l’amour someone for what is inside rather than their physical apperance.

It is wonderful because he talks about being paralyzed par just seeing her walk into a room. What a beautiful thought.

I l’amour the line, “I want to make toi feel beautiful.” Doesn’t every girl want a guy who spends everyday thinking of new ways to make her feel beautiful. *sigh* toi can tell these lyrics were written par someone who had experienced those exact feeling. The phrasing and wording are nothing short of gorgeous.

Oh my gosh, just read those words! I think they say it all, but I will put in my two cents anyway. I l’amour the line, “If you’re not for me then why do I dream of toi as my wife?” That is something toi don’t hear a man say very often. Also “And though I can’t be with toi tonight, toi know my cœur, coeur is par your side.” I find that such a wonderful and comforting thought.

There were no part of this song I could justify taking out so I had to post the whole thing. The lyrics are nothing short of perfect. I don’t even know where to begin. If I had to pick my favori line it would probably be “When we’re together I feel perfect, when I’m torn away from toi I fall apart.” To experience that toi would have to have an amazing l’amour for someone. A close seconde would have to be “Now that toi l’amour me, I l’amour myself.” I can’t get over that. He loves her so much that he brings out the best in her and now she loves the person she it. Just… WOW!
