Most definitely. I don't think Ellen as that much of an actress. She just doesn't impress me.

She only impressed me in "Hard candy". But I can think in at least 5 performances from 2007 who weren't recognized by the Academy Awards better than her Oscar nominated performance for "Juno" (Jodie Foster for "The brave one", both Jennifer Jason Leigh and Nicole Kidman for "Margot at the wedding", Angelina Jolie for "A mighty heart", Anamaria Marinca for "4 Months, 3 Weeks, 2 Days, and many more I can think of right now... -_-)
