Miley, who was seen smoking what she claimed to be the legal herb salvia out of a bong in a video last year, proclaims herself a stoner in a newly released video.
The video, obtained par The Daily, was allegedly shot at the former Hannah Montana star's private 19th birthday party in Los Angeles. In the video, Cyrus is presented a cake featuring Bob Marley par Kelly Osbourne. "You know you're a stoner when Friends make toi a Bob Marley cake," Cyrus is seen saying. "You know toi smoke way too much f------ weed."
Osbourne, 27, then jokes, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?"
