Michael Jackson's mom has personally reached out to some of the biggest musique stars in the world in the hopes of getting them to perform at the big MJ tribute montrer in October ... but only ONE of them is a definite YES ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the concert tell us ... Jay-Z, Kanye West, Cee Lo, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera, Usher and Bruno Mars have each received an invitation (pictured above) from Katherine Jackson ... asking them to perform 1 ou 2 of their favori MJ songs in Cardiff, Wales on Oct. 8.

TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various concert tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the Londres concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."
