Well...I haven't written this story in 4 months!!! But.. MJMusicRox, Inspired me to finish the suivant chapter. ^_^ So, I think I will. There are 9 Chapters so far. So...If toi haven't read all the chapters...Maybe toi can read them? Tell me what toi think? Personally I didn't even think it was a good story. But some people a dit they liked it...Lol. I wrote it for fun. So...I'll re-read over all the other chapters...Because I don't remember all that happened. XD Kay...Bye! <3

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.
As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered par both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to déplacer herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.
As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage par refusing to leave.

TMZ has learned Colony Capital wants to develop a business plan to turn Neverland into a small musique institute -- similar to The Juilliard School in NYC. The plan is to teach teens all aspects of music, including écriture and performing.
Colony wants to turn the property into a campus, in which scores of teenagers -- rich and poor -- can learn the trade that made Michael Jackson a legend.
There are two big stumbling blocks. The first is making sure Santa Barbara County will sign off on such a project.
The seconde -- and bigger issue -- is whether Colony Capital can use Michael Jackson's name to promote such an institute. TMZ has good news for Colony .... sources directly connected with the Michael Jackson Estate tell us, "It's an interesting idea and we'd be open to it."

The first new Michael Jackson single will be a duet with Akon -- a song entitled "Hold My Hand" that was originally leaked in 2008.
Epic Records/Sony musique just announced the lead single off the upcoming album "Michael" -- and "Hold My Hand" will be released this coming Monday, November 15 on michaeljackson.com.
Akon and MJ recorded the track back in 2007 ... a raw, incomplete version was eventually leaked to the public.
The new album will feature a total of 10 tracks -- including the controversial "Breaking News" -- when it's released December 14.

On an episode of "Oprah" airing today, Katherine explained how everyone at the hospital was reluctant to tell her what happened to her son.
She says Dr. Murray took so long in explaining things ... she had to cut him off, saying, "'Well, what happened? How is he? Did he make it?' And he said, 'No, he's gone.'"

Cindy Adams of The New York Post says that Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday, because she has the sads in a major way. A source a dit that ever since her best friend Michael Jackson passed away, she’s been in a terrible state.
Apparently, Elizabeth has not received rainbow-filled hugs from the family either. The source says that Elizabeth wanted to attend Michael’s private funeral, but she was banned par the family, because she was his friend and not theirs. Take that with a grain of salt, because Elizabeth already Twittered that she was going to mourn Michael on her own, because she didn’t want to be part of the “public whoopla.”
The source added that Elizabeth is suffering from exhaustion.
