Lloyd's of Londres has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ a dit he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing plus than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim par the insured."

On June 25,2009,the world came to a sudden standstill in reactionn to the news of the untimely death of the greatest entertainer of all time-Michael Jackson.
Thus free tribute exhibit will showcase the most iconic property from the career of the King of Pop and includes unique memorabilia gifted from Michael to his Friends and family. These pieces have never before been on public display.
The highlight in the exhibit is Michael Jackson's iconic white glove,from his 1983 performance of Billie Jean at the Motown 25 télévision special where he performed the moonwalk for the first time. Michael gifted this gant to Walter Orange,one considered one of the most iconic pieces of Michael Jackson.

I like invincible cause it has beats that just make toi want to déplacer not to menchon the beautiful and awesome slow songs on there i think mj put all his work into this album im sure. I care for Michael Jackson cause he made me believe that toi can do anything if toi set your mind to it he has made me happy rather its his smile ou musique the song "Cry" i would always listen to when i felt down ou sad but i would look up and keep my head to the sky. I know Michael tried to change the world and he couldnt do it par himself. He needes help im wanting to help the world so bad and hope that people will never forget the King Of Pop. I have learned so many things if toi compare my life with his. Well thats another story but i l’amour michael hes my idol some one i look up to hes always made me smile and if haters cant see that.
