Alongside Barry Manilow and Sam Cooke, Michael also wrote the songs that made the whole world sing. Like his predecessors, everyone of Michael's songs had a social message, told a story and had moral involved. For examples, his 1992 hit song, "Heal The World," Michael emphasizes the message on how we can make the world better place par helping someone in need of assistance and understanding. In response to Sam Cooke's 1965 postumous hit, "A Change Is Gonna Come", he talks about racial harmony and understanding in the song "Black ou White", stating doesn't matter what ethnic background toi come from people can live together as a one.

Michael began his illustrious songwriting career subsequent to signing with Epic Records back in 1976, and he's written and produced songs for his two sisters, Rebbie and LaToya in the mid-80's. As a profilific songwriter, he has written songs such as "Dirty Diana", "Billie Jean" and "Don't Stop 'Til toi Get Enough, which went on to #1 hits on the "BILLBOARD" Pop Charts. His songwriting skills earned him recognition and respect in the musique industry and that was why he left Motown for the reason he wanted to write and produce his own songs back in 1976.

When I hear his 1983 #1 hit song, "Beat It", Michael states that problems can't be solved par way violence ou brutality. In the video, Michael acts a mediator between two rival gangs par way of getting them workout their problems, and they rejoindre him for the dance sequence at end. Some of his songs tells a story whether it's a real life serial, which motivated Michael to write his 1988 hit song, "Smooth Criminal", as stated par his older brother, Jermaine. In my opinion, Michael joins the ranks among his to predecessors in the field of songwriting. To this day, I still listen to some of his classic recordings, and I understand the significance in the messages he convey in his songs.

 Summer
Summer
Raymond held the bloody couteau at my mom.

" And if toi do anything to stop the wedding, I'll kill him! Any toi too!" He yelled.

Mom had tears stream down her face. " Summer, there ain't a thing I can do to stop the wedding, so you're becoming a bride at 17." She mumbled.

Raymond shot a devilish grin. " toi ready to become Mrs. Raymond Walker?" He said, rubbing his hand over my cheek.

I looked up at him with the darkest, coldest stare. I formed my lips to say no, but I looked over at my father, who was in so much pain because of me.

I bit my lip. " Yes, I am." Raymond smiled and gave me the tightest...

toi were there, before we came
toi took the hurt, toi took the shame
They built the walls to block your way
toi beat them down, toi won the jour

It wasn't right, it wasn't fair
toi taught them all, toi made them care
Yes toi were there and thanks to toi
There's now a door, we all walk through

And we are here, for all to see
To be the best that we can be
Yes I am here...
'Cause toi were there
The Following Day
Janelle woke up to the sound of chirping birds outside the window. She looked at her phone and saw that it was about 7:30am. She looked over at Coraline and saw that she was still asleep. She was debating on whether to take Coraline back to Sally's house today ou bring her to rehearsals. She would've asked Martin yesterday if she was thinking that, but she wasn't. So she decided that she'll ask him today if on different days, she could bring Coraline with her to rehearsals so she would know what to do when she gets older. She got up quietly and gathered some clothes and went...

Chapter 4,

Smack, I was woken up once again in the middle of the night par my two-year-old daughter's tiny feet kicking me in the face as she slept. I know what you're thinking; why is she not sleeping in her own lit yet? The answer to that question is that I just can't handle listening to her cry! It's the worst thing in the world and it's easier just to give in to her! I can tell that Grace is just dying to rub the fact that she might be right in my face! I like the dynamic that Grace and I have because she keeps her distance when I'm home. Usually I send her down to see her family when my...

Prior to Michael being a driving force in the musique industry, it was Sam Cooke, who paved the way for black recording artists such as Michael, to establish his own publishing company, MIJAC Music, and start his record company, MJJ, which was a subsidiary of Epic Records back in 1994. Not was Sam Cooke, a shrewd businessman, he was one of Michael's early vocal influences as well, and it was unusual for a successful black recording record artist at that time to take control of their career and the secure the rights to their music, nor establish a successful musique publishing company and a successful...
