i would have done the same thing. Don't worry about handling it in a different way. Ignore what others say about who toi picked. Feel proud that toi picked him and didn't want to be embarrassed. MJ probably didn't want to be embarrassed if he had to do this, too. Trust me.

Sweetie I know exactly how toi feel, that happened to me once. My Friends knew I was crazy about MJ and they kept telling me to pick someone else. They kept bullying me about it to the point where I almost did, but I followed my cœur, coeur and still chose Michael over my Friends and I was the only one in my class to get a perfect grade on my singer. So I know it's hard, but it'll win out in the end trust me.

Probably, fuck what people think! Who cares if no one else likes him as long as toi do? I am SERIOUSLY doubting anyone would have laughed at toi though btw.

Bitches are going to be bitches ( excuse my language) but it's the truth. People are going to talk. If toi are a fan toi are a fan; This is your project not theirs so montrer them I would. I wouldn't let their negative let me down. So go on and do your project. For toi not them.

MJ is an incredible artist, the world knows it. It's no wonder toi picked him! :) If someone wants to be negative towards him ou you, their loss, I say :)

I understand what you're going through. I've been a fan of Michael since I was a baby & I've dealt with people saying things to me about it. But I never hid my l’amour for MJ & toi shouldn't either. Be YOU, like who toi like! Be proud to be an MJ fan & montrer off that report! Like the person above me said, do it for you, not them :)

Hey, if your Friends have a problem with toi liking MJ, then toi got some really screwed up friends(No offense)! People think I'm weird too, but Hey, my Friends accepted me when no one else would. They don't care if I like someone they don't. They say I'm funny and so cool. I got new Friends this year(my 8th grade year) because they got to know me. Now my new Friends say "She's not weird! She's actually pretty cool!"
Don't worry sweetie. I'm in the exact same place as you. But guess what? We have a really good future ahead of us. And we shall let no one get in the way of that. We have an excellent role model, Michael, who's Angel will help us all along the way. Don't listen to what people say because they're just jealous! We(you, and I, and all the girls who are our age and in the same situation) will be proud of ourselves some jour for embracing MJ all through the way. So don't care what people say. toi keep on doing what toi are doing and you'll be just fine!
